Disabilities
Are you travelling with children with hidden disabilities such as autism?
Klia2 has a set of facilities and services called The Butterfly Effect in collaboration with The National Autism Society of Malaysia and Autism Behavioural Center.
The Butterfly Effect is a theory depicting how a small change in one state can make a big difference at a later stage. Kuala Lumpur International Airport introduced autism friendly facilities to create a better experience for travellers to help navigate what could be a daunting experience at an airport.
